I think the key things are
It's extremely weird.
It's extremely vulgar, having both shit and testicles
It's not directed at any group or identity
It's not an insult that makes them feel like the other person is engaging with them.
It's just this bizarre, ugly, vulgar dismissal. "KYS" or sending memes or trying to argue with them all suggests that they're getting at the other party, but what does a pig pooping on it's own balls tell them?
