I don't like it because I think the context of the image is potentially neglectful but I get the absurdity of it and why other people think its funny to post.
I have excellent news for you! That pig was very well taken care of! Here is a Buzzfeed article about PPB where they explicitly mention his health!
'Not in immediate danger or poor health' is definitely good. Being at a state fair and used for breeding is still bad tho.
