Joe Biden signed the law in April 2024. There is an alternate reality where Harris won and is starring down a TikTok ban. TikTok would still have gone dark regardless. He signed the ban well before the election. It's hilarious to see the massive cope from people over whose fault or is. This is just another clear case of the Top vs Bottom nature of things.
