Controversial opinion but I think if you can afford them wireless bone conduction headphones are neat. I wear them while walking or riding a bike and still have situational awareness. I can play computer game with them while my partner watches TV. I often forget I’m wear them because they not in my ears, just over them.
After earbuds started offering transparency mode I don’t really see a use for bone conducting headphones.
Possibly in scenarios like riding a bike where wind noise could be a problem. But audio pass through on ear buds will work for 99% of people.

Bought a pair for my mom because her exercise of choice is swimming and they work great underwater (the submergible ones). She's very happy with them
