why else would Nickelodeon decide not to depict child soldiers using their magical powers to waterboard imperial occupation troops to death on children’s television if not to show that genocide is good?
I rewatched the show recently with my partner and I disagree with a lot of the shit they say on there, but of course it is a kids show so it makes sense
It doesn't help that Korra came out afterwards and showed conclusive evidence that the creators are shitlibs with terrible politics.
The one guy that was essentially responsible for all the good stuff left.
At least that show was willing to kill people
