Not Star Trek:

Kermit the Frog: a paragon of leadership, great outlook on life. My favorite celebrity

George Constanza: his wisdom has helped me through most professional environments. If you look annoyed people think you're busy etc is crucial life advice.

Columbo: An absolute icon of a human being. Everything I wanna be without being a cop.

Trek:

Plain Simple Garrak: great advice on how to bullshit and deal with bullshitters. It's all true, especially the lies

BJ Blazkowicz: shooting Nazis is always the right thing to do

The only gamer youtuber I watch is civvie11. His carefully edited and polished videos are 50% of the reason I do so. His open and enthusiastic hatred of fascists is the other 50%.
