InfraHaz is speaking in the video. It's a promotional video for ACP, party created by Jackson Hinkle and Haz al-Din.

I'm fully on Hinkle being a Russian asset at this point

Hexbear 🀝 Radlibs : These "communists" are Russian assets

Fr though nothing else makes sense, other than our intelligence agencies funding them simply because they're incoherent

[–] Awoo@hexbear.net 23 points 2 days ago (1 children)

I already believed they were an intelligence asset, originally I thought american but if RT is pushing them the only thing that makes sense is Russian

Yupp gotta be

What's frustrating about this though is that this doesn't weaken the US, it reinforces it by undermining communists. This shit isn't beneficial to Russia at all.

If Trump dies and MAGA collapses then maybe the former MAGA base moves to magacommunism? I guess??

I don't really see it. Seems like a boondoggle.

maybe

Not even superman can do as much lifting as that word in this context

[–] SkingradGuard@hexbear.net 10 points 2 days ago

This shit isn't beneficial to Russia at all.

It doesn't need to be. It's about political confusion and misdirection.

[–] jack@hexbear.net 11 points 2 days ago (1 children)

I don't really think they do anything to undermine communists in the US. They have no influence or reputation outside of their weird little circle.

[–] Awoo@hexbear.net 18 points 2 days ago (1 children)

I think they provide libs a "the tankies" to misdirect baby leftists into turning away from communist organisers. It takes longer for people shown these patsocs to come around to real communists because they get shown them and told "this is what communists believe" and then dismiss ever looking into communism.

[–] jack@hexbear.net 13 points 2 days ago

I can see how that's possible, I just don't think it's happening in any meaningful numbers. They don't have an on the ground presence anywhere, so all they is battle for attention from a little subsection of online leftists.

She is relatively friendly/sympathetic to Russia. Not at all surprising if she helped him make the career transition.

[–] Sinisterium@hexbear.net 12 points 2 days ago (1 children)

he got to meet the "axis of resistance" leaders, of course he is.

[–] merthyr1831@lemmy.ml 2 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I wonder how many of the airstrikes in Sanaa were informed by whatever tracking devices they've placed on him. He's so obviously compromised by half a dozen intelligence agencies whether he's agreeing to it or not

[–] Sinisterium@hexbear.net 1 points 1 day ago

Well I sure do hope that the russians deloused him when they send him there.

At this point this would be the most reasonable conclusion when I think about some of the shit I've learned about other people of interest among their ranks.

Sometimes with shit like this I wish I could access the behind-the-curtain secret squirrel shit because I just really want to know who the fuck thought this all up and what the fuck was their arithmetic in justifying this in the first place
