What? I think the joke is hit net worth is negative. Like, if his net worth is -125, .08 of that is negative one. So if he "gives" that portion of his wealth away, he's giving them negative one dollars. ie: taking a dollar from them.
It's both a point about how rich Bezos is and a joke about how poor the comedian is
Yeah, to me it reads as if he has a networth so low, it's in the negative. Thus, if he gave any percent of his networth, he'd he taking from them.
