Why strive for better when our masters and superiors can do everything cheaper than us?
Microsoft is shit, for a myriad of reasons. From the quality of the products they sell, to monopolistic anticompetitive practices, to supporting genocide in Gaza.
Not everything in the world is about money and convenience.
Probably should have started there then. Because it's not shit, that's clear to anyone who has actually had to support a business and its employees.
Question though, you'll scream about Microsoft because of Gaza, but what are you doing about the Tankie Lemmy/fed coders supporting iran, China, and Russia? Do you propose a fork? Do you think users would understand development and servers being cut down 50%? What are you doing about the code they use and members of this community contribute to further their propaganda?
Screaming at companies who don't kneecap themselves is bad strategy. Nothing will change without a change to laws and to expect otherwise it's foolish.
They were complaining about the price and I gave them the most feature complete ready to go cheaper solution and you went off on a tangent.
It is shit. That's clear to anyone who has actually used any Microsoft product. You're a sycophant for a corporation that doesn't care about you and never will.
I don't know how long you've used the internet for, but generally THIS IS REGARDED AS SCREAMING, not this, so no, I'm not screaming. You used screeching in a previous comment as well. You're not commenting in good faith, or with an open mind.
You talk about me going on a tangent and yet have somehow diverted the conversation to Lemmy devs, Iran, China, and Russia. Hypocrite much.
Maybe you're human, maybe you're AI, what's obvious though is you lack a soul. The corporates have captured you.
