I make a pot pie with:
Bake in a deep dish pie pan for 40 minutes.
So this recipe is assume would be similar but with pasta and then baked for 40 minutes in a casserole dish.
So uh, what is cream of chicken and potato?
Canned soup.
the broth is usually a bechemel (cream base) with onion, celery, carrot, and chicken stock. season to taste.
You could even toss some biscuits on top for a crust... But that might be better with no noodles
I’ve done this in the past, and will do so in the future! The biscuits make a great substitute for a crust, and if you bake it just right, it can make a crispy top as opposed to tasting too much like chicken and dumplings.
