Professors Farnsworth.

Usually elder characters are boring but Farnsworth cracks me up everytime he speaks. His dialogues and delivery both are top notch.

Not Matt Groening ones. Mr. Burns, Abe Simpson, Jasper Beardsley, Hans Moleman (although according to his own words, he's only 31).
