I really don't think we can get that to happen, it has an absolutely ridiculous amount of usage and history with an actual clear meaning for a political line of thought beyond just being an insult. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Red_Tory

The explicit notion of a "Red" Toryism was developed by Gad Horowitz in the 1960s
