how to talk with libs who keeps talking about ukraine war and posting obvious bot memes saying “NATO expansion triggered this and US imperialism” and discrediting you because you make bot talk g points
You can't, just continue arguing and bringing points, someone observing might get the idea, or just block them and touch grass
It sounds silly, but have you tried sharing your story? Like so many of us, myself included, you were probably once a lib. What were some of the key events that got you from there to here? It's not guaranteed to work, especially not online, but it can help humanize you in the eyes of anyone reading. And that can make them more receptive to other things you have to say.
well, my upbringing mostly. the places where I grew up were mostly left leaning or communist controlled areas. but i was apolitical for most of my adult life and maybe was even a lib but the event that triggered me is ukraine war really? i started researching about zelensky and why everyone is dick-riding him at the beginning of the conflict. and soon i started to reading Vijay Prasad etc.
This is good. If you start with the fact that you weren't really political, then only became so because of what you found at the beginning of the war in Ukraine, it's a more compelling story than "listen to me! I'm right!" (it took me longer than I care to admit that many of my arguments used to sound more like the latter than the former).
They keep calling me a bot so idk
