I hope they at least set up a bot to do it. Please don't tell me you're doing it all manually, go outside your family is worried about you.
It has to be manual because it's random times and not on every post. It'll be like, they log on and downvotes everything they see for a while then log off and any comment made after that won't get downvoted. I feel a bot would be more uniform.
