i dont think thats necessarily true, i did sports growing up as a kid and was very uncoordinated despite playing competitive sports year round until i was about 16, which is basically when you age out of a lot of youth sports if you're not good enough to carry on into competitive jr and adult leagues. So that being said my gains are also only for the swoletariat.
