I needed to create a wishlist recently, so I researched what websites of this type are managed by entities located in the EU, EEA, UK. Here's what I found:

There's also the OpenSource project Wishthis. You can use it on the public instance (https://wishthis.online/) or host your own personal instance for yourself. As it's written in PHP, a simple (managed) webspace should be sufficient for selfhosting.

Thank you Elvith! But on that website there's no privacy policy, the WHOIS is hidden as well, so no way to reliably understand who manages the website.

I'll add a link to the source code though.
