Kinda surprised he gave himself up willingly. The meticulously planned shootings usually end in suicide as though it was the intended conclusion- the Lewiston and Las Vegas shootings come to mind. But this one had specific high profile targets so I guess it's more of an assassination than a spree or mass killing.
