Every place I ever worked asked me what I wanted to be called. And calling people by the name they prefer is just a sign of teamwork and the ability to work together. (A valuable work skill) Who would want to call people by pronouns or names they don't prefer?
So as someone who deeply believes in the validity of trans people both on a religious and biological basis would I be exempted from being forced to misgender colleagues?
