Anti-Zionism is not anti-Semitism. Existence is resistance for Palestinians.

Please refer to Israel as Occupied Palestine, or occupied territories. The IDF is a fascist and ethnonationalist occupying force. Israelis are settlers. We understand however that the imperial narrative (which tries to legitimise Israel) is internalised in the imperial core and slip-ups are naturally expected.

We always take the sides of Palestine and Palestinians and are unapologetic about it. Israel is an occupying power whose "defence force"'s (note the contradiction) sole purpose for existing is to push Palestinians out so they can resettle their rightful land. If you have anything positive to say about Israel we do not care.

AlanRMacleod and TrueAnon also got banned. It was a clear and deliberate silencing of opposing voices to the Zionist genocide.

The unwillingness of people to accept that "X" is Elon Musk's personal blog and not a neutral public forum is just sad at this point. The death of Twitter sucks, and I'm sure it's harder for people that built so much of their identity or brand on it, but it happened. Twitter was a fun site that existed for a while, born and snuffed out at the whims of venture capital like a million sites before it.

The response here shouldn't be "beg this shithead to let me back in so he can ban me again in the future," it should be to exit permanently.

Let Twitter become worse and worse until it goes under, get out before you're the last non-Nazis on the site.

Honestly I might respect this more if it was cynical anti-Palestine censorship. Banning them because they pointed out your friend's wife did plagiarism is so sad and petty.

I looked up the squirrel's other social media after they got banned because I liked his posts. He has Instagram as well. I hope the Fediverse will continue becoming less and less of a fringe thing. I noticed some of the other people on the list have a Bluesky account but I've not really heard much about it.
