Not mentioned yet: Lie to Me intro. Love how they show little twitches and movements and close it with open emotions.
Prime's Jack Ryan. It's hypnotic. Somebody put in a lot of work.

I listened to the Inside Job theme for all 6 minutes 54 seconds it would play (22 seconds per episodes). It never overstayed its welcome
I wasn't the hugest fan of the overall show--it was fine--but I enjoyed how they mixed up the intro song for The Leftovers. I oftened listened through the credits as a result.
I skip all the intros after watching them once. Knocking 2min off an episode really adds up.
Top gear
Most of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba intros.
The intro from the 80's Saturday morning cartoon M.A.S.K. That song was epic.
I really like the intros of Attack on Titan
30 Rock!

I pretty much exclusively watch animes with killer intros, so I don't skip any of them
I ain't skipping Noir's, or Akudama Drive's, least of all Land of the Lustrous
Gate sucks but everything by Kishida Kyoudan and the Akeboshi Rockets fuckin slaps
Haibane Renmei's intro feels good to listen to, it's like a warm blanket for the soul

Although I don't usually skip intros unless I'm in a serious binge mood or short on time.

The Peripheral. The graphics are cool and I really dig the main theme music for it’s menace.
