Can you hear the sound when you press Start, too?
OMG YES 😂
get outta here with this witchcraft, or come over here and fire up this SNES with me, let's play some Lost Levels
Mind if I join? I also hear the noise…
Not at all 🤗 the A button on this controller is a little wonky from living in a box for years, sorry! I think the MarioPaint mouse was smooshing it.
I'm afraid to open the "old Nintendo stuff" box I'm my house because it seems like it'd involve more time fixing and cleaning things than actually playing games lol
It definitely will the first time, but it's worth it! I think it's an enjoyable process to restore something to life, especially something I can be nostalgic about while I do it. And once it's done then it's pretty easy to keep them clean and working, the "just blow on it" trick still works 😂
What an absolute banger of a cartridge. Four remastered Mario games, including one that wasn’t released outside of Japan. Possibly the best deal in vidya history, second maybe to the Orange Box.
And in contrast, the 3d Mario All-Stars on the Switch was pretty disappointing. The only nice thing I remember is being able to play Super Mario Galaxy without a wiimote (but there was no Galaxy 2!)
Fake SNES crowd/lobby noise!
I found a YouTube link in your comment. Here are links to the same video on alternative frontends that protect your privacy:
It makes perfect sense.
Wonderful remaster of the NES classics. Just seeing the screen I can hear the lobby talk. Probably still got the originals sitting in my parents basement. Today it's emulators though cause no way is an SNES going to hook up to my Display Port.
