Don’t know what this button is called, but I think it’s where you subscribe/block/post, and it’s not working. Posting this on Liftoff because I can’t do it on wefwef right now.
I’ve tried turning it off and on again (reinstalled, etc).

i found backing up and then re-opening the post/community has opened up the dot menu.

My wefwef doesn't have those dots at all on a post...
Just press it harder /s
The API request probably just failed that is required for the button
