You see, when the wind blows from South to North, any shit carried along is free expression. However, when the wind blows from North to South, flying shit is a grave national security threat.
How come DPRK newspapers always make the name KIM JONG UN bold? I've not seen a USSR newspaper go JOSEPH STALIN or a DDR newspaper go WALTER ULBRICHT
