I saw this mentioned in Ray MacGovern's recent interview with Dialogue Works, and had to look it up and see if anyone had covered it here; "somehow" it has been largely ignored by western media. ๐Ÿ˜‚

(EDIT)- changed "troops" in the title to "ships." I messed up, brainfart- it was ships. Troops naturally included.
