I mean kobolds are really weak but delicious, which is why they use slings. But they're also great working as a team so it might work.

Kobold Mortar Team would be the best name for a D&D themed metal band

I made a gunslinging armorer artificer kobold that wore a mech suit, allowing her to wield a gun. When I shot the gun outside the suit, she would comically get pushed backwards.

Very fun character.

Hahahaha, I remember the original meme, and Kobolds fit right with it XD

That's interesting, what did the original use instead of kobolds?

I would really like to commission that one artist that does the WWI kobolds to do a piece with 3 kobolds running a vintage SMG as if it were a crew served weapon. (But sadly they won't return my emails)

What I'm getting out of this is that Kobolds are like Skaven and should be given gatling guns, flamethrowers, nukes, and mad scientist maniacal laughter.

what you're describing there sounds like pathfinder's goblins

Also crew served weapons are better for teams. One kobold carries the base plate/legs. One kobold carries the weapon. The final kobold carries the ammo.
