If you were born full of swords, you should probably not remove them. If they were put there by doctors, then you should ask your doctor, if they studied philosophy, archaeology, or medicine. Depending on their background, their advice may vary.

If you just woke up with swords in you, then you may like to consider this a financial boon, as swords can sell for quite a lot these days.
