Is that a quote from the dude? Still, all he managed to do was get his life fucked. It's not like he was causing any lasting harm to Nintendo (though I'm sure they're claiming this guy's streams caused them to lose googolplex dollars)
yeah it is, and he deffo caused lasting harm... to my heart 
I like to think that every time I don't buy a product, even if I don't pirate it or even know that it exists, I am doing equally as much harm as pirating said product. As scaled by the however much a copyright violation fine is apparently worth ($150,000), I am personally liable for tens, if not hundreds millions in losses for Nintendo with all their games and consoles I didn't buy or play.
As for me? I'm building my new life with that value.
I will copy paste a ROM of Super Mario Land until I fill my hard drive and become a millionaire
