Art guy here: I fucking love this. It's got this child like linework but it's used in a very sophistaced way so it looks realistic and like a doodle at the same time. I love the haphahazard seeming shading and texturing, I'd have done shading and texturing techniques that are normal, this is nailing doing it like a 6 year old somehow. It's really impressive. It's close to my style but has a little extra looseness that I really dig. Makes me wanna draw a bear.
