glad this person can point out Marx’s failings.
Das Capital didn’t need to be written. We just needed this person to Cliff’s Notes that shit.

His performance may have stunk, but he inspired rivals to some of their best performances so far.

In lieu of a hype man they should play ‘Let Me Clear My Throat’ on a loop
I have it. You get diagnosed by having a sleep study done. They hooks bunch of wires to you, monitor heart rate, respiration, oxygen levels and more over one night. If it’s confirmed you have e it, you go back for round two, which is hooking you up to a CPAP machine and tuning the machine to your breathing.
My CPAP is a blessing and a curse. It took me months of getting used to it. If I get a really bad cold and can’t breathe thru my nose for a few days and I don’t use it, the awkwardness comes back. Buuuut. The days I use it, I wake up feeling like I slept. I truly notice a difference in my daily life with it versus without.
Folks with sleep apnea have an increased risk of premature death. Sleep apnea kills. Stroke, heart attack, depression, etc.
If you think you have sleep apnea, which doesnt just affect those who are overweight, please see about getting a sleep study performed. Here in the US there are two options, in home sleep study and in office sleep study. If given a choice do the in office. Actual clinicians hooks bunch the monitors up. They keep an eye on everything. A in home study is just as valid, but it’s my understanding that people have had incorrect diagnoses of non-sleep apnea and have had to do more than one test to determine they have sleep apnea.
I do not have ‘OSA’ or obstructive sleep apnea, which is the more common form- basically your windpipe collapses. Mine is an issue with CNS regulation; every so often my brain decides it doesn’t want to breathe and so it doesn’t inhale.. My CPAP watches for this and when it happens it bumps the pressure in a way that kick starts my brain into breathing again. My CPAP machine ran me about $5500 USD, but that’s because it’s a specialty medical device. The run of the mill cpaps like an Airsense 11 are closer to 1-2k. Still expensive but it’s because it’s a medical device. Because I have employer provided health insurance I get refills on consumable shit like mask cushions, straps, hoses, filter etc. I’m on a schedule with a durable medical equipment provider who sends me stuff every so often and bills my insurance. Because of my sleep apnea, and the last three years I’ve had cancer pop up my out of pocket max gets met and the supplies are no charge. An artifact of having US healthcare. Your mileage will definite vary seeing as your healthcare system is different.
I am getting ready for work so I have to boogie but if you have more questions please ask me, I’ll answer them as my day allows.
But again, if you think you have it, please see someone about it. It kills. It cuts years off an otherwise healthy life in the best case scenarios.
Atheism versus edgelord atheism.
There’s two VCRs there unless my eyes are just totally fucked. Time to dub some tapes.
Also, I think everyone of a certain age had that AIWA stereo. I know I did.
NVM I think that’s a dvd or Blu-ray player
Yeah I get it, you used to drink out of the hose Jacquelin.
This is fucking terrible
I’m in the south where the geese tend to go, and I haven’t seen any yet. There is less and less need to migrate it would seem. Wonder how long it’ll take before the migrating instinct goes away.
