Aaron Rodericks immediately began his job posting about how he cares way more about tone and manners than actual content of a message. So basically, as long as your transphobia and bigotry and racism and white supremacy is stated in a polite manner, it's cool with him. But if you get offended by the transphobia etc and speak up for yourself, YOU are getting banned.
