Ordered cucumber limeade once thinking it would be a refreshing cucumber-tinged beverage and it turned out to be more like a lime-tinged glass of thick cucumber glop. It actually tasted pretty good but the milkshake-but-a-cucumber vibe was just too much.

As a heavily mustachioed and embearded individual I am 100% down with a knife and fork sandwich, I’d eat this for sure.

Red Mars by Kim Stanley Robinson, will probably pick up Ghost from the Grand Banks by Clarke soon.

☝️underrated comment. I've been doing remote tech support & customer service for a few years and taught myself to smile whenever I'm typing out a message to a customer. Even though the customer can't see it, it nudges my head in the right direction and makes the work more tolerable.

My UPS guy deserves every penny of it.

I’m using Voyager from TestFlight on iOS, no battery drain issue here.

Foundation and a re-watch of Rebels (so good!)

Seitan seasoned with green chile, cooked with bell peps and onions and served on french bread with Chao shredded cheese 👨‍🍳👌

Made these mock crab cakes from the okara (soybean pulp) left over from last week’s homemade tofu.

The okara is mixed with silken tofu, soft bread crumbs, kelp powder, nori flakes, Old Bay seasoning, and salt/pepper to taste, then formed into patties, coated in panko, and baked.

So good! ❤️

guess i'm too late for vintage memes

Made this from tofu, chickpeas, vegan mayo, kelp powder, and a few other seasonings to taste.
