In USA sehen wir doch, wie wichtig solche Aufnahmen sein können. Verstehe nicht, warum das nicht erlaubt ist. Klar, dass solche Aufnahmen dann nicht einfach veröffentlicht werden dürfen ist verständlich, aber wenigstens zur eigenen Absicherung muss sowas erlaubt werden.

Worst case, falls man es aus Versehen für ein offizielles Schild hält, ist dass man halt langsamer fährt, als theoretisch erlaubt.

Und ich behaupte mal 90+% erkennen es auch als ein nicht verpflichtendes Verkehrszeichen.

Aber meine Frage war ja, wenn das Gericht sagt, die freiwilligen Schilder wären als solche eindeutig erkennbar gewesen, warum es dann die Klage ablehnt.
