Stalin's doctors are mentioned to refute the accusation that Stalin was antisemitic. The team of doctors treating him were mostly Jewish, it stayed that way up to his death.

In czarist Russia, doctors (especially Jewish ones) were scapegoated as the reason for royals dying. This was still somewhat true after Stalin's death, but to a lesser extent.

I hope I am remembering that correctly. I'll try to find some page numbers from the Losurdo book

Edit: Chapter "The Question of 'Cosmopolitanism' ", page 229 onwards

“For years, the Justice Department has been working aggressively to counter Iran’s brazen and unrelenting efforts to retaliate against American public officials for the killing of Iranian General [Qassem] Soleimani,” Attorney General Merrick Garland said

They actually put this quote in the article. I guess if you are foaming at the mouth about Iran, this quote fills you with pride.

No one can impose any vision or plan outside the will of the Palestinian people, who are the only ones capable of shaping the future of the Strip and determining the form of governance through genuine national consensus.

Most important sentence of this statement from the PFLP. I hope it will not be ignored... unfortunately the west is no friend of self-determination.

Ask them "which occupation zone was the first to hold an election after WWII ended?"

Ask the "which occupation zone has been a military dictatorship for most of its existence?"

Ask them "what percentage of the South Korean government spending was directly paid for by the US during the post war years?" And "can any country whose budget is almost completely dependent on another nation really call itself democratic?"

Homework for you: [Learn about People's Committees](https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/People%27s_Committee_(postwar_Korea)#:~:text=The%20People's%20Committees%20(Korean%3A%20%EC%9D%B8%EB%AF%BC,August%201945%20to%20early%201946.) this article is from Wikipedia, even your most liberal friend will respect it. The main source this article draws information from is dogshit, but the main points are important to know.

Listen to Blowback Season 3 Episode 3 "The Blue House". You can hear about the first democratic experience of people in the North compared to South

"Ben Gvir has faced criminal charges of hate speech against Arabs and was known to have a portrait in his living room of Israeli-American mass murderer and Jewish extremist Baruch Goldstein, who massacred 29 Palestinian Muslim worshipers and wounded 125 others in Hebron, in the 1994 Cave of the Patriarchs massacre. He removed the portrait after he entered politics.[4]"

Look for "thick wall pipe bending" or "mandrel bending" for some examples of what can actually be accomplished

I know that they are listed as the owner of the file on the server.

At this point I have decided that there isn't much to gain, beyond telling the person to be mindful of what they upload onto the server in a nicely worded email.

I have access to this folder and all of the contents, no issues there

IMG-20240110-WA0002 Does it make you curious?

No trouble, like I say, I have never heard this person's name come up at any point before.

I will leave it, consensus seems to be: nothing to gain.

My field of work has absolutely nothing to do with the topics of this book. The person has just copy-pasted it onto the server unintentionally.

Edit: emailed this person, told them to be more careful about what they upload to the server. Thanks for the advice.

Long story kind of short, I found a strange file on the server at work (Arabic file name, company working language is definitely not Arabic) opened it up (I was intrigued by the cover illustration) and after some translating I discovered the book was The Manipulated Man. Checked the file properties, I know who uploaded the file to the server, but I have absolutely no relationship with this person (besides working for the same company).

Where you tankie bastards come in:

  • Should I do nothing?
  • Should I confront this person? If yes, how should I confront this person?

Much Love

From Wikipedia: "And the Band Played Waltzing Matilda" is a song written by Scottish-born Australian singer-songwriter Eric Bogle in 1971. The song describes war as futile and gruesome, while criticising those who seek to glorify it. This is exemplified in the song by the account of a young Australian serviceman who is maimed during the Gallipoli Campaign of the First World War.
