But honestly it’s really basic. Just don’t yell while sneezing. Sneeze without vocalising at all. Even if it’s “strong”, it won’t be nearly as loud.
This is just like “muscle memory”. You one day started yelling while sneezing, and it became subconscious.

I’m not sure if what you shared invalidates what I said at all… Wikipedia is 1st of all not the best source for these kinds of things. But even they say the policy only applied to 35.4% of the population only 4 years after it was first implemented. And it was loosened up even more over time.

And for silly facts, carpenter bees don’t have stingers. They live in procreating pairs. The males usually defend the nest. But without stingers, what can they do? Well they fly around their nest and “bump” their heads into threats. Over and over. Until the threat leaves, feeling threatened by the little bee.

Brown bears as in grizzlies? I’ll for sure defer to you because I’m not from a place with brown bears. But I thought they were pretty aggressive in many situations (territorial males, females with cubs etc.). And that black bears are way more chill and will usually prefer to run away.
