To give him the benefit of the doubt he maybe decided not to publicly criticize them to "beat trump" dumb but not as blatantly corrupt as him saying this opportunistically. Not sure if we should give him that benefit though? I learn probably not.

I mean she chose to spend the last weeks essentially campaigning with the cheneys that's different than just an endorsement when they star in dozens of rallies.

arms embargo day one is a basic thing anyone going for president who cares about people at all should do at the minimum. Harris is against an arms embargo ergo she doesn't care about thousands of dead babies thus she should have zero power over anyone.
