Even though I’ve been eating better than usual the last couple weeks, I’m definitely not getting enough iron, B12, or folic acid, among a very wide swathe of other nutrients.

I get winded extremely easily. I just cleaned the inside of my car a bit and by the end of what consisted of extremely minimal physical exertion I was panting and felt like my chest was going to burst open.

Anemia's pretty common, especially when deficient in those. My first recommendation would be to talk to a doctor, since there can be many causes to anemia and even if fix your deficiency, it might not fix the anemia. I don't know how practical that is for you.

You aren't really supposed to try to fix anemia with supplements if you don't know what's causing your anemia, but that might be your best bet. Lack of iron is by far the most common cause, so try that first.

I am not a doctor of medicine, take everything I say with a grain of salt.

Oh, and just a random fun fact, but anemia's more common in women than men.
