what even is 196? i remember back when i used reddit, i would occasionally see left leaning memes from there but also would always see other leftists say it's a bad subreddit for liberals. i looked at it for like 10 seconds, had no clue what to make of it and never looked again. what even does 196 mean
I believe it was originally named after a college dorm room.
It's a bad subreddit for liberals, wouldn't be surprised if the people who had the original dorm have government jobs now.
The hornyposting makes me think it's full of gooners with a left affect.
196 is a meme subreddit where the main rule is that anyone who visits is supposed to post a meme. It has a progressive lean and attracts baby leftists but they beefed hard with all the actually leftist subreddits
