using FSD is an action, not an opinion
This person knows that the so-called FSD puts themselves and others at risk when they use it, which is why they put that there.

he only wants to discourage negative feedback, so you can still tell him how cool he is
No see it's a fact he's cool so that's not an opinion and is therefore totally allowed
