i know way too many broke trans people with steam decks for your first bullet. maybe there's some Gamer communities somewhere but even Jeff Grubb is making baby's first anti-capitalistism videos now.
Maybe because it's a portable computer it's more attractive? And it's a handheld so idk?
maybe. it's also a console-priced and minded PC that plays fairly recent pc games well enough plus a bunch of pre-configured emulators. just works out of the box etc
