Not Star Trek:

Kermit the Frog: a paragon of leadership, great outlook on life. My favorite celebrity

George Constanza: his wisdom has helped me through most professional environments. If you look annoyed people think you're busy etc is crucial life advice.

Columbo: An absolute icon of a human being. Everything I wanna be without being a cop.

Trek:

Plain Simple Garrak: great advice on how to bullshit and deal with bullshitters. It's all true, especially the lies

Mrs. Brisby (Mrs. Frisby in the book) from The Secret Of NIMH taught me a lot about what heroism really is. She's timid and unassuming, and performs unreal acts of courage to get the medicine her son needs to survive.
