Maybe the leason to learn is dont make multiple video of accusing someone of driving another person to suicide with no evidence
i think the real lessons are don't mock the other party when you have a lawsuit and just shut up about it because even if you don't get into trouble it'll leave a bad taste in the judge's mouth, and don't assume american defamation standards are also upheld in your jurisdictions as well.
Yeah, no idea what Jobst's laywer was doing here, #1 thing he should've told his client is "shut up about the lawsuit and don't constantly make videos that could constitute slander or libel while you have an ongoing lawsuit regarding slander and libel.
his lawyer did tell him that, but in a discord screenshot, jobst admited to not following his lawyer's advice
Ah. Well hopefully that lawyer learns a valuable lesson about defending Nazis. Turns out they think they're above everyone else (including their lawyer).
