It is, and the glue they used to close the incision made it feel like having a third testicle for a few weeks. It was right at the waistline, so my pants and belt were always pushing on it, which fucking sucked.

Hope you're better! I got mine inserted without any anesthetic since it was a last minute decision, was pinned to the table while they inserted it, worst pain of my life IMP

Likewise! It was a tumor and they were trying to see if they could get rid of it medically or if it would require surgery. Ended up needing the surgery. But this was years ago and I'm fine now.
