Nope you're wrong, in fact, the jokes continued on a different comment thread where users understood the format. No further jokes came from this comment thread where they commented "what is hummus".

I'm the one who wrote that comment and the joke train continued on from it up until everything was removed by the mods. 🤦‍♂️
