but that's not the kind of controversy they value. Politically they've always done the south park libertarian nihilist schtick of "isn't all sides just equally crazy?!?!?!" RDR 2 might be a slight exception to that rule, because they set it 124 years ago

RDR2 is very sympathetic to native Americans and pretty anti-capitalist. I wouldn't go as far as calling it an explicitly left wing game, because there is no political solution proposed to the problems presented, but its definitely critical of the right.

Also, from what I've played of GTA, they only seem to shit on republicans and democrats, without falling into the "blue hair SJW" trope
