Biden has half-elf ears and two right hands. Also, I'm pretty sure the American flag on his shoulder is facing the wrong way and his uniform appears to have a have a patch on the chest displaying a small flag of surrender and the letters... BOHA?
The flag is correct, us military mirrors the flag on the right shoulder.
Ah, didn't know that. Without knowing what it is supposed to look like I would still hazard a guess that some elements of his uniform do not conform to the extremely standardized and regulated look of an American military uniform.
They do it for the stupidest fucking reason too:
They want to make it look like the flag is flying in the breeze as if the wearer was running towards a fight, because otherwise it would be pointed in the opposite direction as if they were fleeing from the fight
