I bet it costs $140 and isn't even hall effect. I'd totally buy it if it was gulikit though.

It will develop some problem after exactly 16 months of medium usage and fixing it will involve soldering or plastic cement of some form.

and are we really pretending this wouldn't happen with every Xbox controller

That's why the joke is being made. Xbox controllers have no durability and potentiometers found on the side of the rode.

I'm criticizing it being an XBOX controller and not the skin, yeah. I hate XB1/series controllers for how poorly they're built.
