MODERATORS
It gets more involved and there are some actiony elements but the core gameplay loop is the same.
So should I play Horizon Forbidden West instead of this? I don't like tedious shit.

The game "gets better" as you adjust to the tedium. It's a "you must imagine sisyphus happy" simulator.
