It would be largely what we have right now. The only thing holding the US administrative state together right now is that lawsuits challenging federal agencies rules and regulatikn re: Chevron Deference being overturned haven't advanced through the system yet or cases haven't been brought to cripple the agencies (yet).
In terms of things I imagine would get worse quickly:
They could make unions illegal and make it a felony to be in anything they consider to be an underground union.
It would specifically exempt cop unions, of course
