We make our own green curry paste. The makrut lime leaves, Thai green and red chilis, lemon grass, and chicken are from our back yard.

That looks delicious.

I love making my own bumbus en pastes for curry's, I have an Indonesian oelekan for that, but. Home grown produce, that is awesome. I made a red curry today with sea fruit and crab, had to go to a store for all the ingredients, a lot of them like lime leaves, thai basil, lemongrass, galanga out of the freezer.
