Ah, they're finally going back to 1800s Oil Baron, "Fuck you, you fucking poors" kinda refreshing.
They won't even bother building public works buildings this time around and instead place their dubious "philanthropy" into fever dreams of godhood and ascension. Totally for our sakes, of course.
